    Business committed to provide shingle the roof of the house
    the nature of dispute is shingles blowing off the roof of the house and severe water damage coming celling in the in house garage.
    The Business has not tried to resolve the problem with several phone calls and text messages excuses every time such as cant get shingles, calling at random times was told by the business that would come back in the spring to fix shingles but with several phone calls excuse every time.

    To whom it may concern did roof for customer 2 years ago with abp mistque shingles recommended to customer to do a different brand of shingles due to the time of year for blow of he insisted on the other ones warned him due to the time of year he may get some to blow of which did in a windstorm went back to fi x next fine day had a couple of small end pieces which I said would fix in the spring roof was not compromised tried to get same shingles next spring but they were discontinued I did hear from customer but it was regarding me to write a letter to the insurance for previous roof to collect money which I would not do anyway never heard back from him until before Christmas said had a leak in his garage I asked him how come he didn't phone me about it and hung up I f he has text message or emails saying otherwise I live to see it thanks

     I am rejecting this response because: this is what a $ 10.000 dollar job gets you , but this is fine I will get a qualified roofer to fix my roof sorry to inconvenience you .

    I never said that I wouldn't check on your garage leak but due to the weather where your house is can cause more damage to time of the year when weather permits I will look at it for you if you still want
