    We hired Southwind Accounting to do our pay roll, HST filing, bookkeeping and income tax both personal and corporate. We paid Southwind Accounting on a month basis $575 from October 2020 till we closed in April 2024. He has not filed any of our corporate taxes or HST, he has not filed all of the years of our personal income taxes. He has all of the hard copies of our documentation and most of the time these are the only copies we have. He as been sent any and all copies of our electronic documents. He refuses to complete the work he has been paid for. We have been asking repeatedly since May 2024 to have to work completed, We asked early on to have the paper work back and he refused. We are now having ***** ***** filed against us because I cannot file for personal and corporate bankruptcy. We currently have 2 *** ***** against us.

    We want our work files correctly and in the next 14 days or we want all of our files back and the money that we paid for his accounting services (even though C***** is not a registered).accountant)
