    They sent out so many junk emails so I just delete them. This is a typical negative option. *** ****** stop them use this predatory practice.

    The following is their email. I have received so many junk mails from them so I did not reply their "NEGATIVE OPTION" email. They came with my permission and charge me $99 for the service I do not need.

    Good morning, 

    Thank you for reaching out. Last season, we did email out on October 12th a notice that we switched to continuous service. We did attempt to call all impacted customers at the end of October going into November, and if we were unable to reach you on the main contact number, we did leave a voicemail. As we had not heard back from you to cancel this service, we did proceed with the same core program you had on file last season. 

    We have currently cancelled the remainder of the program; this can be reactivated if you wish to go ahead with the services this season. Currently, the only service performed has been fertilization, for $99.50 with taxes included. Please let us know if you have any other questions, concerns, or would like to reactivate the program for the season at * ******* **** *****.

    While we do not accept the contention that our billing practices are predatory, as a goodwill gesture we agreed to write off the charge for the completed service.  We communicated this to the customer by email on May 17, 2024.  Therefore, we trust this matter is closed.
