    In June, 2025, Andre and Derrick from "Cornell Video..." (Dartmouth, NS) lined a family member's original, outdoor clay pipe. I saw the after-video, which showed a perfect-looking new pipe within the old pipe, with their procedure. The quote was good, the job was done in a timely manner, the site was cleaned up, and both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and informative. I highly recommend them.

    I used Cornell 3 years ago. They completed an inspection for the sale of my home. The mid-diagnosed my septic. I have reports of this. Then they checked the functioning of my pump and it passed and when they reconnected they did not check if pump was functioning as it was pre-inspection. My pump alarm went off 24 hours later. They would not address it trying to tell me over the phone what to do. I had to call another company to come and fix it. In the end, Cornell charged me for the misdiagnosed septic problem an exorbitant amount and took NOOOO responsibility. Never use this company
