From the initial quotation, through the vehicle pickup, transport and final delivery I couldn't have asked for a more stress free process. This is the third vehicle I've had shipped from Ontario to my house in SW Nova Scotia all with different shippers and it was the simplest one. Thanks

I recently had a car shipped from Montreal to Calgary via railcar, utilizing MVS Canada. What a wonderful, uneventful, experience! Before booking the shipment MVS Canada was always quick to respond to my questions (often within a few minutes), provided a clear explanation of charges, as well as how to prepare for the shipment. Once booked, MVS Canada reiterated the previously provided detailed shipping instructions and provided detailed directions to, and instructions to follow at, the vehicle dropoff point. MVS Canada provided updates every couple of days as to shipping progress. Based on information on one of MVS's site links I was expecting the shipment might take 18 days to arrive in Calgary, but to my pleasant surprise, from the day it left Montreal to its arrival and offloading in Calgary, it only took 7 days! I will use MVS Canada again if I ever need to ship another vehicle across Canada and highly recommend MVS Canada to anyone requiring vehicle shipping services!MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Horrible experience. Everyone needs to see this.
This company damaged my car left me on read for several months, estimate repair is close to $45,000 and here is their response after countless phone calls and emails:
Hi,
The details regarding CP Rails insurance coverage are listed in our terms and conditions. CP Rail self-insures the vehicles that are shipped on their network.
Due to the age of your vehicle, if you wish to make a claim you have two options:
1) Send us three estimates for repair of the vehicle. Pick the lowest one and have it repaired. Do not include any items in the repair invoice that can not be verified as damaged due to the incident. All replaced parts must be kept for verification. Forward us the paid invoice and we will submit it to CP Rail for review. Due to the age of your vehicle, there's no guarantee that they will pay in full or at all. This can take about 6-10 months for a claim to complete.
2) Submit a claim under your own insurance policy and have it repaired. Follow the same cost reduction and verification practices as per option 1. After the vehicle is repaired, inform the adjuster to contact me with the paid invoice so it can be submitted to CP Rail. Due to the age of your vehicle, there's no guarantee that they will pay in full or at all. This can take about 6-10 months for a claim to complete.
You did not purchase additional insurance but did purchase the deductible buy down. We can reimburse any deductible that is paid, up to $750.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Since becoming aware of the damages to your car, we have done our best to provide you with all the necessary information and assistance to proceed with repairs. We have returned all your calls and emails and have been transparent in our communication throughout the entire process. We have not left you 'On read' for months.
We have informed you numerous times that your vehicle did not meet the age requirements for insurance coverage under our shipping contract agreement.
