Weekly email updates on location of my vehicle with anticipatory loading and unloading at various destination connections. Amount of time needed to have my vehicle delivered was exactly one month as quoted… amazing! Friendly live and phone call communication throughout from start to finish! I was extremely pleased with the level of service. It took quite a long time to ship my car across the country but that was expected and I was instructed at each stage what the timeline was. Email updates were great and any questions answered quickly. The car arrived in great shape.
And as for price, yours was the best, except for a copy of shady people who offered to drive it from Vancouver to NB for less. I would certainly recommend MVS Canada for car shipping.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

We were very pleased with the entire process! We sent the vehicle from Halifax to Saskatoon, and the drop off was efficient and easy, the updates were extremely helpful and timely, and the delivery and pick up went well also for the buyer who picked it up in Saskatoon. Other than the length of time it took to go door to door( drop off in Halifax on Aug 22, and arrival in Saskatoon Sept 25) . Most of the time was around rail transport, but the buyer is completely satisfied and has the car in his possession now, so all is well and ends well!MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Called and from the minute I spoke with the girl at the desk I was sent a bill, paid it and my truck was picked up 5 days later and delivered within in 9. Lots of updates and no issues ! I don’t get the negative reviews … ****MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

BEWARE: Unacceptable Service
It's been a horrible experience with MVS. You will see glowing reviews but that's far from what we experienced. In their website, they have an average shipping time of 22 and we were quoted 18 days. We decided to get their service because of their quote as it is better than what was shown on their website.
It is now the 27th day and our car is still not delivered. This is the worst service we have experienced in Canada. Never getting nor recommending their service ever. We reached out to their customer service team and we are only getting generic delay excuses. We feel like there is a 2 tier customer service in their company as you see glowing reviews but there are also horrible experiences just like what we are experiencing.
We've racked up over a thousand in car rental expenses because of their delays. C******* ****** ****** ** *** ******* *** ******** ****** ** **** ********MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

I would like to address your concerns here with regards to this review and offer our response.
MVS has been in business for more than 14 years and during this time we have established a record of trustworthiness and exceptional service. Every review we have received is 100% genuine and we take great pride in providing our customers with the best service possible. As much as you may suggest otherwise, we do not fake reviews.
The contract you agreed to outlines our position on delays that may occur during shipping. Right near the top, items 3 and 4, indicates our policy regarding delays in shipping as well as compensation:
MVS Canada does not guarantee pickup and delivery dates or transit times and wait times. All dates and assertions made by MVS Canada are best estimates. Delays may occur prior to, and/or during, transport due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etc. There are absolutely no guarantees regarding pickup or delivery times and dates.
MVS Canada shall not be held responsible for loss or damages occasioned by delays of any kind or for any reason, car rental fees or any accommodation fees.
I am truly sorry that this delay has impacted your move. Delays are something that cannot be predicted and if we were able to get you your vehicle today we would have made that happen. As we use shipping partners, we don't have the ability to oversee each aspect of the move.
We will do our best to keep you updated so that you know the second that your vehicle is off the train
