    In August 2024 we hired this company to put drainage in our yard, take down a shed and put in a pad for a new shed to sit on. When they arrived at our house to give us a quote we explained that the yard is very soft and that water has small pooling in front of the shed that was there. We were looking for proper draining to prevent this from happening. When they started the job they suggested we go a different route as there was more water than they thought when they started digging. We agreed as they were the professionals so we trusted them. This was an additional $862.50, in total we spent close to $9000. After all the work was complete after the first rain the yard flooded worse than ever before, our new shed had shifted and was uneven due to the water. I reached out to *** and ***** they came to look and promised they would not leave us hanging and they would come in fix it. In the beginning of October they came to "fix" the issue. In November I reached out with pictures showing that what they did, did not fix the issue, in fact it made it even worse. I have reached out several times since then giving them ample opportunity to make a plan to resolve this and they have not responded. Not only has the water been significantly worse, the part that the dug up in October has now sunk so the yard is also uneven. We built a shed which you can see in pictures and finished the inside to use as extra living space, which we cannot use when the water is like this, we also fenced the yard for our dogs and cannot use because of the water. I have taken pictures of our neighbors yard who share the same yard as us to show the difference. We have spent a lot of money to create a yard we can enjoy with our family and all they did was make it so we cannot even use the yard. We would like for the issue to be fixed, like we hired them to do. I have several more photos I just cannot upload all of them.

    I contacted R****** to arrange a meeting so we could resolve the issue. We met today April 16 for a discussion and agreed to come up with a plan to rectify the issue.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as there is follow through with fixing the issue. We did meet April 16 to come up with the plan, however I cannot say I am satisfied until the work is complete and my yard isn't flooding constantly.
