During the month of July 2024, I as a site superintendent have been subjected to numerous instances of violence, harassment, threatening behaviours from ARCP employees. (******* and ********)

These behaviours include verbal, threats. On one instance, the ******** clinched his fist and cooked his arm back like he was going to hit me.
Every day, I am told that they are going to have me removed from site because I don’t know what I’m doing.

The ********* group, **** ******, and *** ****** refuse to do anything about this. The general manager **** ********* says he will not Remove employees from the site. the safety manager ***** ********* believes the company is not guilty of any of the above mention claims. And that his employee should not have to cross my path. Today when I reported a potential safety violation to department of labor, I was threatened again by one of their employees I should not have to worry about being threatened when I am aware of a safety violation that I must report, especially hazard of working from heights

I deserve to come to work and have a workplace free from threats and violence. I question as to why ARCP has allowed their ******* to stay on site after his threatening behaviours have occurred more than three times the lack of desire rectify these issues has allowed the ******** to believe he can get away with the same things. The ******* does clenched his fist, cocked his arm back and made it look like he was going to punch me.

I have reached out to the business multiple times to try and find a solution to these ongoing problems with no response to the emails sent. I have been asked by **** ****** to look the other way when these occurrences happen and to work together to get the job complete. There has been zero ambition to rectify the problem with his company and his staff

We have received the complaint from ******* ******* and would like to note that ******* ******* nor Jomo Services is a customer of ours but a contractor on the same worksite as ARCP.   After receiving a complaint from our ARCP employees regarding harassment on site from ******* ******* and ******* ******* advising us of his complaints, ARCP hired a private security firm to ensure no future harassment claims from either parties would take place.  We have received no other communication from either parties involved and consider this matter closed.  The security firm has been instructed to provide us in writing of any incidents and we have received no written report of any issues that have taken place since the security firm was hired.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22034938, and find that this resolution is victim blaming. There was multiple reports of ARCP employees harassing me made to Proj coordinators and the general manager before Arcps claims harassment from me to their employees.

in attempt  to mitigate any further damages I will accept this resolution. But with the understanding that I shouldn’t have to come to work and be monitored by a security guard after their employees harrassed me.
