    On around June 1, 2023 I purchased a truck from the names business. It clearly states in the add that it included snow tires and rims. I did receive used tires and rims but when I went to have them installed the rims were wrong and wouldn’t bolt on. I contacted them and I was told that nothing was going to be done and that I should sell them for a couple of hundred bucks. Now on November 13 or so someone did contact me and said they were going to fix the problem. I have called and left several messages since that time only to have fallen upon deaf ears. These are 20 inch snow tires and rims which is clearly stated on my sales contract.

    The truck was to come with snow tires and rims , which it did but they did not fit the truck because of the wrong bolt pattern on the rims. Been trying wveryday for a week to contact them after they contacted me to tell me they were going to fix the issue for me but now no one will return any of my calls or messages.

    At time of sale a pre-owned set of tires and rims were provided to client; Mr ******* - this tire and rim set was not satisfactory for Mr.******* at time of install in the fall - upon notification of said dissatisfaction, dealership management worked to find a solution that was satisfactory to Mr.******* - the resolution that was found was to ship from Halifax to Cape Breton a brand new set of winter tires and rims - Mr.******* and dealership are both pleased to find resolution of this matter
