      I don't know what's going on . Delta Cable (Eastlink) used to have phenomenal customer service. Now I can't get a hold of anyone after waiting hours on the phone. Did the online contact form for a call back. Got a call 2 weeks later. She said she'll transfer me to their loyalty department. Was then transferred and put on hold. Estimated wait time an hour and 45min. I think I'm done and would like to cancel my service but do I have to wait hours on hold to do this?
      This company is done. If you're a customer than get out now. It's most likely going to get worse and might not get any better.
      The BBB needs to change that A+ rating now to and F if they want to remain credible!

      ********! ********! ********! With the Corus debacle, have attempted to cancel our TV package for 2 days now. Previously I hung up after being on hold for 90 minutes. Today I hung up after being on the same hold for exactly 2 hours! Eastlink your customer service is nothing short than TERRIBLE! Pity I cannot leave a minus 10 score!

      I do not have service with eastlink, no account for any of their services. None.
      But... they are telling me I owe $50. thought it might be a scam, contacted them by email and phoned customer service numbers supplied.
      They actually expect me to pay this money, even when I have NO ACCOUNT with their company.

      Typical Eastlink cell phone sale. Have a great price but when you call the day of the sale no phones at the local store and none at the warehouse but can you order one? No. They ask you to call back and see if any come in. They never do, this is my third attempt to buy a cell phone on sale from Eastlink. The ad is still on their website and price is good for two more days. It was nice of them to offer another phone which was on sale for twice the price.
