    I took my grandsons 2014 sea-doo spark to Go Powersports in Kentville and dropped it off 9.00 am
    Wednesday August 23, 2023. It had a check engine light on and was having intermittent issues with the IBR. The IBR light would flash and then a long beep. The gate would freeze in different positions. Go Powersports called Friday August 25 to tell me it was ready. Picked it up that afternoon and delivered it to the lake. We put it in the water and within minutes the IBR light came on and the gate froze. The check engine light was out. The bill was 449.58 and paid in full. On the invoice it states, inspected the IBR gate and perfomed an auto calibration of the IBR and the IBR is working as it should at this time. Saturday August 26 Go Powersports picked it up. Go Powersports called and left 2 messages on my phone. One that they believe it was an electrical issue and the second time that the diagnostic of the problem would be no charge. I called on Friday September 8 and was told, looking like a electrical issue and could be the wire harness and someone had put silicone on the plug. They would be sending the codes to BRP and they would tell them how to proceed. But they would have to take the top off and do more analysis. I called again on Tuesday September 19 and received the exact same answer as i did on September 8. I said to the service person that you have done nothing more. His first repley was silence then you know i am here by myself. I told him i would pick it up the next day September 20. Picked it up with the IBR light still flashing and the long beep.
