According to information in BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaint alleging failure to deliver purchased equipment, as well as failure to provide promised refunds.




Specifically, consumers allege failure of the business to provide promised assistance or support for products or services, failure to fulfill delivery orders in a timely manner, failure to provide shipping and tracking information, and failure to honor promised refunds, replacements or credits.




 Further, complainants consistently allege that the business does not respond to calls, texts and email inquiries regarding the whereabouts of the purchased products. This results in consumers losing time, money and the potential to file a dispute with their credit card company.


 


 On March 12, 2020, BBB contacted the company seeking their voluntary cooperation on eliminating the pattern of complaint.
