    Very professional, helpful, and honest auto mechanic. I’d been told elsewhere that my issue was a completely different (and more expensive) one. He assured me it was a simple fix and secured a decently priced part. He even offered to let me see the damaged part being removed vs the new one. Great service!

    I bought a Nissan Rogue SUV recently and found the LED Headlight Assembly faulty within three weeks. Water vapour forming inside the unit, the low beam is not working and a system error message comes on the dashboard.
    Driveline does not want to take any responsibility to replace or fix the faulty unit.
    A new one at the dealership would cost me over $2500.
    The customer is left helpless! and letdown very badly.
    Think twice before buying a vehicle from this Dealer.

    Hello Dilip,

    On April 3, 2023, you purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. As with all of our cars, this Rogue had passed our 150-point inspection process and was sold with a 90-day limited warranty and 7-day return policy. Shortly after delivery, you noticed your headlamp had alight fog in moist conditions. According to Nissan's official documentation, the fog described was normal and Nissan Canada recommended that running the vehicle with the headlights on should remove the moisture. We recommended this, or that you stop into our service center for diagnosis.

    On June 30th you informed us that your headlamp fog was getting worse, so we recommended you come into our Service Center as soon as possible. We scheduled a service appointment according to your schedule. During this interim period, you informed us that your low beam had stopped functioning properly.

    On July 27th, you arrived at our Service Center for a complimentary diagnosis/service. We disassembled the front bumper of your Rogue, removed the headlight, and extracted the water from the unit. The issue that caused the moisture was found to be a slightly dirty drain plug. We reassembled the vehicle, re-checked all of the wiring and fuses, then scanned the computer for fault codes. It was determined that the low beam was still not functioning and we recommend you wait a few weeks to allow the system to dry.

    During this waiting period, we contacted Nissan Canada to find that there is no coverage or extended service options for this issue. We also contacted our warranty company and found that this issue was not covered despite our best efforts to argue otherwise.

    Had this problem been professionally diagnosed earlier and not 115 days after delivery, we would have had more options to help you. Throughout this process, we strived to provide you with the outstanding service we pride ourselves on. It's also important to note that Rogue was sold with over $3,200 in price adjustments despite our no-haggle policy. This made our used Rogue the best value in the country at the time of sale.

    We're very sorry that you had a bad experience with this Rogue, but unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do to assist you.
