      We bought a battery for our trailer supposedly with 2 year warranty. So the guy who sold it to me said they lost everyone information. So you need your receipt. On year later they won’t honour the warranty. The date of the year is right on top of the battery. The band they sell. I have a picture if anyone should like one. Said they would charge it but didn’t because they knew it wouldn’t hold the charge.
      Very ignorant and arrogant towards the customers very poor business management . So if your looking to buy a battery *** ***** is half the price a way better quality

      We're sorry you feel you had a bad experience with us. We will review how we handled the situation. Yes we have changed our system and do not have older transaction records. However as stated on the posted sign in our parts store, we will only refund products with the accompanying receipt. This is standard business practice at any store you purchase any product from.
