    I booked a $500+ party here for my daughters 3rd birthday. I booked for 3pm. I’m allowed to come 15 minutes early to setup. We get there and its packed. But, I’m talking body to body PACKED. People are pushing the children to get to the front desk. You canNot even move. At this point its PAST 3pm. We get into the room to try to rush setup and the staff is still cleaning it. Tables arent wiped, floor isn’t swept. All the supplies are not ready to go, and guests are arriving in the middle of this chaos. The room was supposed to be prepped and ready to go. There was over 700 people in this place. Directly told by the manager this is the FIRST time they’ve had this many people, a ***. **** ***** *******. (Surely thats a fire hazard at the least). The bathrooms were NOT cleaned. There was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls. Not enough staff to meet the needs of the patrons AT ALL. They ran out of stickers (what they use to keep track of the people) People were just walking in even with security, theres no way they knew how many people where in the building. There is ZERO organization. The arcade was not working entirely. If you looked away from your child for 1 min you would LOOSE them. I asked the manager for a partial refund he told me he “could not as this is a chain”. When I called for head office number he HUNGUP ON ME. The manager argued with me, accused me of not paying and had ZERO interest in helping. You COULD NOT HEAR what some one was saying beside you nevermind on the loud speaker. Parents were frazzled, lost children. The front desk is run by children that had no interest in helping these terrified parents. ** ***** *** * **** ** **** ****** ** *** ***** ** **** ** *** *** ******* Safety is NOT a priority for this business. They are NOT managing their own safety standards at ALL. People were parked IN FIRE ZONES. I contacted the manager multiple times do report all these things, and ask for my refund. He argued with me, did NOT listen and hung up.
