      Service is horrible. Bought a house full of furniture. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Received all the furniture except the base for the bedroom set. This was 3 months ago. I continue to call. They keep putting me off say sorry not our fault. Don’t know when it will come. I requested a refund they said no because the rest of the furniture was being used meanwhile the customer sleeps on the floor * ** *** ********* ***** **** ********* ***** ** there is no service once the furniture is out the door.

      We bought furniture from surplus furniture in August 22, noticed the couch was saging on one side, phoned store left message on Wednesday last week.
      Did not receive a call.
      Went into store today and was told to take pictures of problem.
      Did so and sent it to them today, was told at store they no longer delt with manufacturer but see what they can do.
      Fingers crossed
