      ***** Solar Power Store Canada – Poor Customer Support
      I was gifted a ******** ***** ******* ***** inverter that was originally purchased from Solar Power Store Canada. After installation, I encountered an issue where the inverter wouldn't recognize the battery. I reached out to their customer service for technical support.
      Since the unit was a gift, I didn’t have the order number. However, I provided the serial number of the inverter, which should have been enough to verify the purchase. I even contacted ******** directly, and they confirmed the inverter was bought from Solar Power Store Canada.
      Despite all this, the company refused to provide any technical support. It’s extremely disappointing to see a business refuse to stand behind the products they sell—especially when proof of purchase is easily verifiable. This is a clear example of poor customer service and ******** business practices.
      I do not recommend doing business with this company.
