We met ****** at the Spring Boat Show in Toronto. He helped us pick a new 25 hp motor that suited our needs. We took delivery this past weekend. ****** took care of some challenges getting our old motor off our boat. Then he professionally installed our new motor and answered any questions we had then stayed to make sure we could start our motor and get on our way safely. Would recommend working with him regardless of your needs. A veteran of the ******** armed forces he is dedicated to be a professional that you can trust and count on.DM Boat Sales Inc.

Dealing with ****** and DM Boat sales feels like a blast from the past where customer service really meant something. ******'s deep care, attention to detail, and determination to 'get it right' is second to none. His communication is incredibly quick, he's deeply knowledgable, he goes above and beyond, and he never makes you feel bad for not knowing something. During the purchase of a new outboard motor, I mentioned what the new one was replacing and the condition the old one was having, hence the new motor. I was offered a more than fair price for my old unit, sight unseen. Very pleased with the transaction.itDM Boat Sales Inc.

We purchased a new ************** 16 from DM. We upgraded from a small 14 one. The staff installed all my electronics and electric motor. It was very easy and pleasant to deal with everyone. They were very knowledgeable and had all the answers to my numerous questions. To reassure my confidence with the new boat I was taken to the water for a brief ****** on how to launch/recover and get familiar with the motor. Their explanations were very easy to comprehend and understand, and gave me the confidence to enjoy my boat. I would like to thank everyone involved with the purchase and installation of the gear. We purchased a new motor from DM Boat Sales after our old motor died. We are new to boating and had a lot of questions. ****** was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and found a solution that worked for us and our budget. Over the season he was available to answer questions - on and off the water ! He answered our phone call on the July long weekend and walked us through our problem. Incredible customer service. We live 5 hours away and still use DM motors. Its worth the drive!DM Boat Sales Inc.

The customer service is amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and educating. Im new to boating and I own a old 1976 9.8hp Tohatsu outaboard. bullet proof outboard runs strong today. Needed parts I couldnt find anywhere else not even in my own Province. But the staff that helped me,put in the work and research to find exactly what I needed and figured out ship no stress! Everything was *****************. The day I upgrade my Tohatsu I know where Im going. I look forward to future business with DM boat sales! Thank you again have a great spring and boating season!
