    Hello, I purchased a home in August 2021 that the company Rosebush supplied propane for heating. When I contacted them to inform them I was the new homeowner - as the previous owner was using their service- they made me go through some registration. In this process came about my first issue and complaint. They asked for a credit card number for a credit check. I provided it for this reason. After my first fuel delivery my card was charged $700 without notice or permission. I then cancelled their ability to charge my card via my bank and told them not to charge it again and I would e transfer the money in the future. They then proceeded to stop delivering my propane this year unless I pre paid for it. They never told me it would have to be a minimum of $400 each time. I ended up sending $200 and expecting delivery. It was just before the -40 degree weather in January and they refused to deliver propane. I was empty and had no heat. They still wouldn’t deliver. I’ve now began using portable electric space heaters to heat my home. I asked on February 14 for them to refund my $200 as I won’t be needing the service. Today, March 2 they have not refunded it. I emailed to find out what is going on and the reply was they can’t refund it to my account but will mail a cheque. Absolutely disgusting and I can’t express how disappointed I am. I’m not sure what I am asking for as a resolution but an apology for their rudeness, harassment, manipulation, lies and negligence would be a start. Thank you.

    I'm so sorry you have experienced this. Unfortunately you have the wrong company. We are Rosebush Heating and Cooling and don't deliver fuel. I'm thinking you are referring to **** ******** ***** ********* ********* Even though its a family business they are separatley owned and we have no authority over that business. We only do servicing, service calls, repairs and installation of HVAC units. Please reach out to them for further guidance. Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
