    We tried to resolve the problem on our own contacting the buisness by calling them numerous times with no response. We were told by BBB when we called to notify the buisness by email of our issues. We did this on July 28, 2023. We did not receive a response. Now the buisness is contacting us through a collections agency and saying they will hit our credit score.The issues are That we received a bill for $13, 457 when we were told by the pool company that hook up would be between ***** -3,500.Our bill was not itemized, the list of items includes things that were never installed at our home. My husband and I dug all the trenches required for the team to "keep the cost down."One of the employees used parts from our own personal electrical kit as part of the installation ********** husband called 8 times asking for an itemized bill and dates and hours worked at our address with no response. Regarding the items listed we contacted another electrical company and asked for a price breakdown of some of the parts. There were 42 items on the bill and some were $1- $5 pieces like light switches etc.We want to pay the bill but we want the bill to be fair and accurate. I've attached the email we sent to the company in July of 2023.Please help us with this matter./

    Subject: Resolution Update
    This issue has been resolved with Mr. ******* and the invoice has been fully addressed. The only remaining concern appears to be related to a verbal quote the client received from their pool company, which estimated the expected cost of our work. However, no formal quote was requested directly from our company regarding the scope or cost of our services.
    Please let me know if any further clarification is needed.
