    On November 18th, 2021, I made an initial payment to Mr Desmond D. of Goldstar Kitchen for the renovation and installation of kitchen cupboards. The agreement was for the work to be completed before Christmas, however, that did not happen until January 2022. With one of the cupboard doors missing, I decided to complete the payment as Mr D. promised to install the missing door by the end of the week. Since January 2022 Mr D. has vowed to come by on the weekend to install the door whenever I reach out to him. Unfortunately, for the last five months, he no longer takes my call or responds to my messages or emails. A total of $21,000.00 was paid for this job. This has become a hazard, ********** *** ** *** ***** ******** and this was shared with Mr D. of Goldstar Kitchen but, seems as if it has fallen on deaf ears.

    My hope is for him to finish the job he has completed or provide me with a refund for the missing door so that I can ace someone else complete the job
