  * ***** ***** * *** **** **** ***** **** ******* *** ***** The cost was double the quote, it took them over 7 hrs to load with 4 people than they tell me it is snowing we are not driving to your new location. Was charged for another day of trucks, they damaged I think every antique I had and no one will call me back I have been calling for three months now, they picked up twice once they where on their lunch and would call me back in 30 minutes, **** *** ****** they took extra charges off my credit card I didn’t authorize. And know one will answer your calls. The managers number I got, is now turned off. All the pictures I sent in for damage I was told 8 to 10 business days, I never heard back and that was three months ago. I have call over 50 times and emailed, nothing. * ***** ***** ******** ****** *****

  *** ***** ****** ******** I would never recommend them. They drove from Brampton into the Niagara Region in their car. They rented a ***** van that was only 15 feet long and couldn't even fit half the apartment in. It took them 7 hours to load up the van/truck. In that 7 hours they took a
  1 1/2 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Total of two hours. When I arrived at the house they said it was time for another 30 minute break. So a total of 3 hours in breaks and said it was in the contract and to read it. They also said they would not be unloading any of the contents until they were paid in full and also paid for the extra hour. They also wanted an additional $1500.00 to go back to the apartment and get the second half that they left. We said why did they rent such a small van that they could not fit everything into. They had no blanket, or dollies because they didn't rent that from *****. They refused to move anything out of the truck into the house and until they were paid. The contract said payment due after work is done. They closed the back of the truck and sat on the back bumper and said pay up or they will not give us our stuff. I said let met talk to your boss and they would not supply me the phone number saying it is time for his break. We called the police to try to get our stuff out of the ***** van. I asked them to leave the property and let us move our own stuff out. We called other movers to get it moved into the house and they would not allow anyone to get anything out of the trailer. They also said We waited two hours for the police to show. They also tried to leave the driveway and said they were taking all contents back to Brampton with them. We stopped them from leaving by parking behind the van/truck. We finally agreed to pay them 1/3 to let us get the stuff out of the van. They were holding our stuff *******. They actually called *** saying we were holding them *******. **** * ***** **** *** **** *******

  The team were fast, efficient, polite, friendly and made the moving experience smooth and stress free. Professional service from booking the move, communication about details of move to payment was much appreciated. I highly recommend Wave Movers.

  The sales person was very prompt with replies, and great at selling but what she sold and what we got were very different.
  She said the movers would arrive with all the supplies, bubble wrap, saran, packing tape and boxes if we needed. They only showed up with saran and only after the first hour when I asked them why they were not sealing mattress bags, they told me they didn't have packing tape nor did they have bubble wrap. They worked extremely slow, the 3rd mover often watching the other two and not knowing what to do. If they were left unsupervised they took an inordinate amount of time to wrap something. They did not know how to pack efficiently and they tried to add an hour to the bill because they could not do the math. Aside from being pleasant, they generally had no experience moving nor any incentive to work efficiently. *** ****** * **** ******* *****
