      Was excited to find **** **** dollhouse items that I couldn't find on any other Canadian site. I purchased one of each of the available sets as Christmas gifts. First of all, you are obligated to pay through ******, which I found unusual. Second of all, and this is my main complaint..... there was NO CONFIRMATION of my order! On an order of any amount these days, but especially when you've spent several hundred dollars, you would expect at the very least an email regarding the timeline and/or tracking information. They did not communicate with me at all until about a week later I wrote them to follow up and ask what the status was. They then wrote back and let me know that most of the items were out of stock and they wouldn't have them before Christmas. When I purchased them there was NO indication whatsoever that any of them were out of stock. They issued a refund, which is to their credit of course. But overall I would say that the communication was poor at several points in the process. I also had to then scramble to coordinate different gifts when now stock is low at other stores too, which wasn't the case to the same extent when I made the order. Overall, not a great experience, do appreciate that they were forthcoming with a refund, but very unlikely to purchase anything else from them.
