    A DrainsNow plumber visited from ******** to inspect and extract a shower handle cartridge. He used full force with pliers, not realizing that the wrong tool wouldn’t do the job properly. Despite his strength, he applied his entire body weight to remove the cartridge, but instead of succeeding, he broke the front piece of the cartridge.
    After discussing the situation with his manager—right in front of me—they concluded that it couldn’t be fixed and quoted us $900+ for the repair. Now the shower is broken for over 10 days, thanks to ******** for a great service.
    The Ontario plumbing licensing association should revoke DrainsNow’s license for providing false information *** ********** ********** ****** ********** **** ******** ** ***** **** **** *** *** *******
