Item does not work properly *** ******* ** ********* ** ***** ************ *******. They flat out told me under no circumstances is a refund available, and neither will they even exchange for a working item.
I bought what I thought was a top of the line dishwasher. It claims to be an energy efficient model with 3 racks, a food garburator, and all kinds of cycles and settings, but it only gets even the slightest of dirty dishes on a half load clean on the OVER 3hr long heavy sanitary cycle. How is that working like it is "supposed to", if none of the other cycles work? How is it energy efficient if it must run over 3 hours a day, 3 times a day to clean the dishes from 3 meals? That's nearly 10 hours a day, running essentially ALL day! This means that a previous load sometimes does not even have time to finish before needing dishes for the next meal! This was suppose to be the best model I could find for a large family like mine and it has instead caused continuous distress for it's lack of functioning, cost to the energy bill, and time it takes to run, disrupting those times when ANY other dishwasher I've seen in over 40 years would have worked on a quick cycle.
When they finally sent their ****** "technician" out to assess the unit he looked inside, took out the screen, looked down the hole, spun the sprayers and said everything looked fine. He ran it for a few minutes and said it is working like it "is supposed to" and that I should run it on the sanitary cycle with rinse aid. He **** in his report saying, "The customer refuses to use rinse aid." Because of his suggestion I bought Rinse Aid anyways and took pictures of my shiny dishes with food baked on.

I have actually not been contacted since the initial erroneous "resolution process" mentioned above. The "Comment from the Business" is a failed attempt by MABE to save face for treating customers with impudence. Think twice before buying GE appliances. We bought 5 from Mabe Canada Inc, 3 have had issues. Our microwave now no longer turns on. ******* ** *** ******** ** *** *** ***** so this model is known to have issues.Mabe Canada Inc

I purchased a dishwasher ** on ******** ********* on March 6th 2024, the unit wasn’t available and it was delivered on April 11th 2024, the unit was installed the same day but it didn’t work , it had no power I called for service to ** they sent a technician who could not fix it , 2 weeks later a person from ** called me and said that they will send a new one ,even they gave me a reference number for the new dishwasher ******** until today May 8th it has not been delivered, I called several times , talking with different people they all saying they are working on it and somebody from MABE it’s going to call me to set up the delivery, nobody has called me from that company , this situation it’s unacceptable They just run you around in circles hoping you will give upMabe Canada Inc

We purchased a so called 'high end' GE Monogram range. It did not work right from the beginning. Over the last years, there have been about 25 visits for repairs, for multiple issues.
We understand that every business makes mistakes and produces some defective products. *** *** **** ********* **** stand behind their products. GE Appliances has failed to do so. They can't, or won't, fix what they made and sold!!
After so much frustration, we will be sending this great looking range for scrap. It is too frustrating to continue to use it, and it is too frustrating to deal with GE Appliances.
Repair technicians have told us that they can't trust the parts from GE Appliances, and they have told us that they can't trust the technical support that they are getting.
Initially, GE Appliances insulted us by offering a 20% discount off the list price of a new unit. But we quickly learned that any dealer will sell for less than what we were offered. GE Appliances was deceptive.
After contacting the head of GE Appliances for Canada, their Customer Service team then sharpened their pencil and have offered a larger discount. But we don't trust the quality of the product, and what happens if we get another lemon? Will they just ask for more money for a third one? ***** ****** **** ** ***********
Of interest, we have learned that GE Appliances is no longer owned by General Electric, but in fact is owned by *****, a company based in China.Mabe Canada Inc

Bad product I bought a stacked washing machine and dryer and I found rust in the dryer during the first year ,asked to return it or even exchange model and I can pay any Difference they refused .They offered only to fix it . 1 starOn Nov 4, 2022 I purchased a ** **** Coffee Maker From ******** ******, and received delivery on Nov 14, 2022. I mailed in the warranty card on Nov 15, 2022. On Nov 4, 2023, the appliance failed. The appliance has a one year warranty. I took it to the vendor and they verified that the appliance had failed and they could not make it work. ******** ****** showed no further interest, other that to direct me to follow through with a warranty claim. The warranty information was provided on the literature provided with the appliance. The contact information was invalid, the website did not exist. I was then directed to a GE contact in the USA. I contacted them and they directed me to Mabe Canada Inc. To date, between my wife and I, we have been shuffled around through four Customer Service Reps at Mabe Canada. We have provided validation of purchase and delivery dates, pictures of the appliance, and pictures of the model and serial numbers. It is clear that the appliance failed within the one year warranty, and my documentation and verification from the vendor proves that to be the case. To my absolute surprise, a Mabe Canada Rep emailed me today and advised that the appliance is outside the warranty. I have asked Mabe Canada to confirm how this can be when there can be no disputing that it failed within the warranty period. I purchased a GE Washer ************** & Dryer Combo from ******** ********* ******** *****, delivered on October 20, 2023. Today is Dec 5, 2023, and despite 4 service calls, 4 dampers, and the entire washing drum being replaced, I still don't have a functional washing machine. No accountability, very disappointing.
GE outsources warranty work to ***** ********* ******** *** ********. Each visit, they run a quick 19-minute cycle, missing the issue that occurs during a normal 51-minute cycle. The drum hits the outside walls, causing the washer to bounce off the dryer and move on the floor. I've had to stop the machine to prevent damage. This is not normal for a new washer.
The tech claims they're too busy to run a full cycle. Despite multiple requests, GE hasn't sent the warranty, and I can't access my online account. They don't return calls **** ** **** ***. GE fails to stand behind its product, neglecting customer experience. No accountability. ** *** ************* *********.

We purchased a freezer that was said to arrive on Friday. We waited all day Friday and received no email nor phone call about the status of our delivery. When I called customer support they said that I needed to call the supplier and gave me the wrong number. When I called them to explain that they gave me the wrong number they continued to give me seven wrong numbers. That's right 7!
I got five different pieces of information saying that it was going to come today. That it was still going to the warehouse but was still going to be able to come today. That it was coming tomorrow (Saturday). That the delivery service doesn't work on weekends and actually it's going to come next week and that they work Tuesday to Fridays and that I'd get 1 day notice when they are going to deliver it (they got that part right). They also said that they were going to contact the delivery company by email and let them get back to me. They never did until delivery.
Then I get a call from the delivery company saying that they are going to bring it tomorrow (on Monday). I notified them that Mube doesn't know their number and gave me seven wrong numbers and that they should let them know what their contact number is.
I then realized that they charged me twice for the freezer. I previously bought a freezer from **** ***** and then so that I get a teacher's discount through this company and so I returned it and got an immediate refund. This company, doesn't even know about the second freezer even though it shows on my order history and on my credit card statement and said that if there is a payment that it will take 10 to 15 days to refund. Rediculous.
When I asked to speak to the manager to file a complaint about the service that I was receiving ***** *** * ***** *** ********** * *** ** *** * ****** * ***** *****, they told me that the manager was not sorry at all.Mabe Canada Inc
