      Have always received purchases in a timely manner. Recently had a warranty issue with a product and Pool Supplies Canada handled the warranty return and replacement very fast and made the process very easy.

      I am impressed by the attention and help I received from Natasha K of Pool Supplies Canada when she quickly assessed the problem I was having with my Pool Pump and arranged a replacement to rectify my problem. I did not get the run-around I would have expected from other manufacturers.
      Thank you Natasha and Pool Supplies Canada, I will definitely be back to Pool Supplies Canada for all my pool supplies from now on.

      Pool supplies Canada is an absolute nightmare dealing with. They do not warranty products be very careful and read the so called warranty book that comes with the product ordered! ***** *** **** ******** ****** ** *** ***** **** **** ****** ***** **** **** ********

      At first things were looking grim. I had made a mistake in my order, and immediately cancelled it within a few hours. I was told no returns, no refunds. I explained it had not even been shipped yet. I was getting no where so I phoned the assistant customer service manager, Carl. He heard me out, then took a day to collect the facts and phoned me back. They did allow me to return the product and there was no charge for shipping. So...all in all things worked out, thanks to Carl. Shouldnt have been an issue but glad someone listened.

      Today is August 2023. I bought a solar blanket May 6, 2022 for $384.19 from Pool Supply Canada and one year later it is so full of rips and tears and deterioration. They try to say it’s my fault, or the weather, or animals, or it has reached the END of its life span. I have it for literally ONE year. OMG They say they have an amazing warranty. ****. They just say NO it’s not covered. Do not buy from this company….you will be sorry. I wish I could add my photos here for you to review. Disappointed extremely and a Terrible company to deal with. You have no say…. STAY AWAY!! There are so many other pool companies to deal with and look at ALL the negative comments before mine. I wish I had to pay attention to what they had to say. Be smarter than I Was !!!

      STAY AWAY! Terrible company to work with. Nothing but issues. Ordered my pool 2 months ago and still do not have everything. Damaged pool wall, liner with a hole, missing pump gaskets etc. It's been one delay after another and had to take the pool apart twice already. Do not buy here.

      I've used pool supplies Canada on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 years. Pool liner and main drains/fittings the first time, filter head (*******) the second time, and my gas pool heater this time.
      EVERY TIME the products are quick, well wrapped, and delivered in good condition. I don't know if they always use ***/**** shipping but the driver who brought my heater to my garage last night was top notch. Polite, respectful, and took his time to get it to me in very good condition. I was impressed enough to take this time to input this review. Thank you to both companies.

      Purchased Underwater Light Show and Fountain. Fountain does not work, only the lights. I filled out a return form and have been getting the run around to take videos and fill out more ******* forms before they will even think about refunding my money. The *** was in the pool for 5 minutes and would not work *** *** **** **** ** ***** **.

      I purchased a solar blanket and noticed it had a defect. I call Pool supplies Canada for warranty info and they asked me to send photos. After reviewing my pictures (which took a few days) they determined the cover was defective. I performed a field destruction of the cover and sent in the pictures and they shipped me another solar blanket.
      Very painless and great customer service

      Bought a defective product from Pool Supplies Canada and they did nothing to replace the product. Sent me to the manufacturer for warranty which is still not resolved. ** *** *** **** ******** **** *****
