      Product was just as we ordered. Came quickly and no problems. Happy to do business a second time. Replaced pool cover which lasted 4 years which is good. Had to buy new reel as well which was priced very good as we shopped around. Payment plan was very helpful, no extra charges. Had to return one item which was very easy to do. We did not realize at the time the the new reel came with an attachment kit, so we returned the extra one that we ordered. Have done business before and will again when we need something. Thank you

      ** *** *** ****** ***** **** ***** Purchased a custom size liner for ~$3K, with custom sizes. They modified my measurements without communication and sent me a liner that doesn’t fit my pool (few inches short) Won’t take it back as it is a custom product. Horrible service and support.

      Bought a “premium “ solar blanket with a 5 year pro rated warranty. Company now says they wont cover a blanket that has begun to disintegrate after 2 seasons. * ***** ********* **** ******* ** *******

      What ever happened to the exempilary customer service and procedures that Pools Supply Canada used to have?
      They were once one of the best pool supply companies in their market, for customer service and customer awareness, however not any longer.
      It's a shame that they have become just like the rest of the everyday online distributors.
      I nor my friends and aquaintances will no longer support this company.
      They make shipping errors and then won't honor their mistakes nor returns and just take their long term customers for granted!

      ***** ****** bought a new *** ******** pool heater which was damaged from shipping. The display board is broken with pieces on the bottom. Phoned customer service they told me it was a manufacture warranty problem. The manufacturer said that Pool Supplies Cananda should deal with this issue as its a shipping damage issue. All I asked was for a replacement and now Ruby at Pool Supplies Canada customer Service will not respond and take care of there issues. It is not my fault it was damaged, I offered to show them pics etc no response. I have bought many items from this place but now I know they wont back anything they sell. ***** ****** I have a new pool heater that does not work.

      My Wife and I tried to buy a pool from these people and their credit card checkers sent a notice to send additional documents. As my wife was at work she was not able to do it right away, from 10am to 1pm same day they cancelled the order.
      My Wife called to see what happened and it took 45 mins to get someone,
      was told that this was the policy and they couldn't do anything.
      on top of that, they wouldn't refund the order for 7 days.
      My Wife asked for a manager to call back when they were free but they never did. Even after the 7 days she still wanted to buy, *** *** **** *** ********* **** ****** ** **** ****** **** ******* ** we went with a different pool supply business, same price, better quality, and friendlier staff.
      all it took was a simple call back and you would of had a customer for life.
      From the experience so far, it looks like we dodged a bullet.

      Purchased ******* ***** *** ***** *** pool filter from Pool supplies Canada. Filter lid cracked and unable to use. Called and told that they will not send replacement lid and that I have to submit warranty claim directly to Pentair. ******* advised that 4-5 week processing time. Although polite on the phone I will not be buying anything more from Pools supplies Canada. I expected a new lid to be shipped so that I could operate the filter system. It was made clear that once they sell you an item despite being unable to use it because of damage ** ** *** ***** ******* *** they do not even process the warranty claim.

      Sent us the wrong size pool liner twice. The second time they made us send pictures of the measurement circumference of the pool with a 100 foot tape measure. Then had the gall to tell us that our measurements were wrong, that we needed to add sand to the base of the pool, etc. After all of that, they refused to refund our money. Only after a long letter to the owner describing our experience did we receive a refund. No apology and absolutely no compensation for a lost summer without our pool. Not to mention the labour to install and remove a liner twice. So disappointed with this company.
      Warranty dept. did not respond to our emails in a timely manner. Had to phone every time to follow up and see what was going on. Interesting to note as well: the second liner had holes in the bottom but their warranty refuses to cover this. What? Terrible experience!

      I was first quite impressed with Pool Supplies Canada Inc of Burlington. I bought a winter pool cover and 6 water bags (3 good ones of 30 mil and 3 less expensive ones of 16 mil)($392
      total purchase). The items all arrived quickly via courier.
      I had trouble with one bag (16 mil), which had an 80cm opening along the seam that was wide open and not sealed at the time of manufacture. It obviously wouldn't hold water. Nor would it ever work.
      I tried calling to get a refund on this item ($7 + tax). No I had to send photo's showing the defect.
      After I did that; they agreed to issue a refund. They then wanted me to send another photo showing that I had cut the bag in half. Apparently the picture of the wide open seam was not good enough.
      The extra hoops I had to jump through to get my $7 back was a bit much in my opinion.
