      We bought our solar blanket June 2021, used it 2 1/2 months, stored it for the winter (wrapped, kept in a garage), put it back on pool June 2022 and hundreds of bubbles have popped leaving hundreds of perfectly shaped blue circles on the surface and in the skimmer. They (company) have the same excuses given to others which don't hold. We do not abuse the amount of chemicals we use...quite the opposite. We maintain the cover to protect it from the elements and store it during winter. In 30 years we have never had a cover deteriorate so quickly. It is as if the circles were cut out of the surface. Was this due to a manufacturing problem? During the laminating process, the die used to shape the bubbles may have weakened the surface. This company does not support customers. Ridiculous. Never had a cover disintegrate so quickly.

      ******** ******* ** **** **** *** **** *** **** ** ******** ******. Promote one product, ship you something completely different, and deny it is different. I called and send multiple emails to show them the drastic difference in the product promoted on their website compared to what they sent me. Not a single mention of any wrongdoing on their part, just complete ignorance, and disdain for customers. Got it in writing after 10+ emails that I would be fully refunded including shipping costs due to the wrong product being supplied. The refund they processed was $50.65 less than what I paid. I want nothing else than to be done with this company and to be made whole. ***** **** ******* ** *** ****** ** **** ***** ***** ***

      Not good .. refused to honour their price matching policy on a $400 plus item. Competing shipped price price was $27 lower said they would lose too much money, lol. As a subscribed customer who spent lots of money over several years I found this to be a short sighted business practice and cancelled my account.

      I tried to return an unopened product I bought, but customer service Denise said it was final sale. The description of the product page literally says "Easy Returns" on the page. Also, no where in the purchasing process did it say the product was Final Sale.
