  After trying numerous products for slipping and weak nails I read the positive reviews of FlexiNail and thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this product since after a few months of regular use as directed, have seen no difference in the nail. I contacted the company, expressed my disappointment, asked if the company stood behind their product and requested a refund on my purchase of $67.68. The response was negative and I was told that "the company does not accept returns on open products in Canada" and was instructed how to use the product. I reached out again expressing my dissatisfaction with the repIy however have received no further response. * ********* ** *** ********* ********* ** *** ******* *** *** *** ******* ** ******* ******** *************

  This customer purchased FlexiNail cuticle conditioner and fingernail conditioner over 7 MONTHS ago. She purchased four months worth of product. Using the product as directed would have involved using this product up in the initial several months. Also in addition to how the product was used, due to excessive shipping costs in Canada upwards of $15 per order. Canada FlexiNail does not offer returns. Our product is loved by tens of thousands. FlexiNail Canada can not be responsible for how a customer applies the product or tries to stretch out usage of the product. FlexiNail policies in the USA are different than Canada and US guarantees can be viewed on the USA FlexiNail site.

  I had high hopes but unfortunately my nails are still brittle and a breaking below the nail line. Ive Been using this product for several months, it’s costing me a fair bit of money without great results. I think overall that this product will help your nails look good but in all honesty it won’t fix all nail issues you are likely using it for… and with time it starts to get expensive. I wish it had worked.

  If you order on the Canadian site there is no guarantee. After faithfully using this product for over 100 days, two of my nails on each hand keep splitting. I did not know that water is hard on the nails and I am in the water six days a week for aqua size. I will use the product until it is finished but hope to find another product.

  Hi ******, this is Derek from FlexiNail. As we mentioned, if you are in water 6 days per weeks then FlexiNail will most likely take much LONGER to help your nails than someone that is not in the water for 6 hours a week. Again, we suggest you apply FlexiNail an hour before your water classes and AGAIN an hour after your water classes. I am sorry that you so far have not received the fast results you want while still being in the pool almost daily. Natural nail care takes time and if you are swimming this much (or for others that use hand sanitizer multiple times a day etc - FlexiNail will help but not likely as quickly as for someone that doesn't have these issues to deal with). It sounds like it is helping with your nails although two nails on each hand still keep splitting. Be patient with nails that keep splitting. Do the before and after pool applications and this should help as well.
