    Purchased a bedroom set from Tepperman's Chatham branch. Got delivered it on 30th Oct but staffs were not able to fix it as they didn't had the right tools. We were informed some one will be fixing it soon, but after waiting till Nov 9th finally a staff shows up but confused as he also didn't had the right products to fix the bed up. Left as he came in and was called up the customer care staff that she will be doing her best to fix it up and finally after the long weekend, on Nov 14th again 2 staffs comes up and fix the bed but to us it didn't looked fixed and neither level and only when we questioned they said 'oh yeah its not lets try to fix it again'. LIKE THIS THEY TRY TO MAKE FOOL OF CUSTOMER. And again the customer care ***** is now offering to buy another bed from the store? For what???? In our new home we are sleeping on the floor from these 15 days and who is going to compensate for all these days and the time we spent shopping ?? To make you clear We work for real and have real jobs and we are not wasting our time shopping again but needs our bed to be fixed within tomorrow with compensation.Enough is enough.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TEPPERMAN'S ITS PATHETIC

    ****WARNING****Do not purchase anything from TEPPERMANS. I should've taken my own advice (I work in the appliance repair business and NEVER recommend anyone to purchase any of their appliances from there). Long story short...I purchased a POWER reclining chair - the chair came without a power cord...waited 3 months for the part to come in...we could finally use the chair for it's intended purpose - I was given a $100 gift card for my "inconvenience". The gift card is still sitting in my purse because I refuse to purchase anything from them and won't even give it away. In Sept, the chair quit working - now it needs a motor & a switch - no ETA for parts... I spent over $2000 for a power recliner which we have been able to use for a total of 4 months. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Horrible company to deal with. I gave them a 1 star rating only because I had to chose a rating.

    Two defective living room chairs with indentations and wrinkles.
    We've contacted Tepperman's store in Chatham several times and even went to their store to talk to them about the faulty chairs.
    Never noticed in their showroom that the chairs were faulty or wouldn't have purchased the chairs. The lighting in the store isn't bright so we never saw the problem with the chair. The chairs we ordered were not delivered from the showroom. When they were delivered the workers removed the wood and paper coverings and took them away. We never noticed any problem until they left. Our den is very bright with lots of daylight so it was very apparent there were defects with the chairs.
    We went back to the store to see if the chair in the store had the same defect and it did!!!
    Why we didn't see this in the showroom is mystifying but can only be explained by the fact the showroom has dim lights and our living space has bright daylight which highlighted the defects.
    They were not interested in doing anything until I continually "bugged" them and they finally sent their technician from Windsor who took lots of pictures and agreed right away that the chairs had defects but nothing has changed which is why I am writing now. I am hoping to get some resolution. We want a full money refund. We purchased their product in good faith and paid them in full at the time of purchase!!!

    Unfair issue with defective product, customer care people need education in customer service!!
