    I had my car stolen from me almost a year ago now and after chasing down the jerk who took it he surrendered it to me. I had to get it towed from Etobicoke to ******* to be repaired, because there is extensive damage to the vehicle from an accident he had got into, while he had my vehicle in his possession. The tow truck brought it to Toyota and apparently parked it in a spot where it was affecting their business the day of. My car had to be re-keyed, because I had no keys for it so they did that and moved it to the place where the body damage would be addressed. They moved it within the hour of finding parked in the way and were supposed to take it back and do a once over of my vehicle which they did not and now have been lying through their teeth to me about it. My car is out of commission because of their falling shorts and I couldve potentially been in an accident due to their negligence. When I picked my car up from the other auto place my fob wouldnt even work because they never reprogrammed it cuz they never took it back to do a one over. As well there was no oil in my car and three lug nuts missing on my tires. What shop would let a car leave with three lug nuts missing and no oil if they did their job?! I couldve blown my engine!!! Now the catalytic converter is gone and a censor. They were supposed to be fixing it but its been three weeks and they still hadnt ordered the part. They dont care about me or my safety or my life obviously so I told them Im done and now I want results and to have them reprimanded for their ignorance and terrible customer service. Theyve have only treated me like a sore in their inside since I started dealing with them. Thank you as there is so much more to go over and in detail with so please help me. I am desperate
