      On 07 Nov 2016, I bought into what I believed was ownership in cranberry resort located in Collingwood. During the sale process, I was assured that there will be properties comparable the one I stayed at in the resort. I was also assured that there were properties throughout Toronto and the GTA that I could easily access by a phone call. One of the first booking was for Jan 2017 *** ** ***** ********* I was assured that the booking was done and complete. When I did call for information 2 months later, I found out nothing was booked and that was the first of many such bookings as the next booking were Family Day and then again in June 2017 and the same thing happened...nothing was booked by the resort.

She was to be my onboarding coach to further explain this membership. *** **** ** ***** requesting a response from the resort. ** *** ***** ****** *** **** *** **** most of what was said in the sales meeting was a ***. The main reasons why I purchased this product I found out 2 months later was not available even though I was told it was. **** ** ****** ******** *** ********* ****** ** *** ***** **** ******** ******* ********** ** **** ***** **** ****** *** ***** ************ ***** ****** ******* *** ********** 
      After paying into this for now months and got nothing for my money... the payments were stopped ** * ***** *** ****** ** *** **** **** *** ******* only to have NO access to the resort, NO other comparable hotels in Toronto or the GTA and unsatisfactory responses to my concerns. * *** ******* **** ** ** * **** ** ********* ****** *** **** *********** **** *************** ********* **** ****** *** ** ******* ** **** ******* ***** *** ****** ***** **** *********** ****** *** *** *** **** **** ** *** **** ** ********* *** *** **** *** *******
