      The reason I'm here: My experience mirrors the other customers below and oddly, for nearly the same amount: $333.62. The tech was here for maybe 15 minutes in my home. Also, the part for the dishwasher was quoted at over $300 as well. I found out later that the ** part retails for far, far less than that. 3 weeks go by and I call. They schedule an appointment. Then they cancel. Wash, rinse, repeat. Cancelled twice and I began to get suspicious. ******* ****** **** * ***** *** **** **** *** ********* Read the reviews, hundreds I wished I had read beforehand but live and learn. *** ****** **** *** ****** ** ********** **** **** **** ********** *** **** ******* ********** ******* **** ****** ***** ***** ******** * ******* *** **** ******** ************** *** **** ******** ***** **** ***** * ***** ** ***** * ***** ** *** ********** ******** *** ***** **** ******* ** * ***** ****** ***** ***** *** * **** *** ** **** ***** ** ***** ***** ***** ** * ************* *** * **** ** ****** ***** ********** *****

Like many went through service call diagnosis and provided monies for parts for repair prior to repair being done. Did some research foolishly thereafter. Parts where ridiculously marked up for profit. Cancelled order within less than 24 hours. Spoke with customer service and they reassured me they would happily send me a refund via mail for the parts as they had not been ordered.
Since December 5th, 2022 (over two months later), I have been waiting for this refund.
I have been told a cheque was mailed in December 2022. Nothing arrived.
I was then told it was mailed on January 16th. Nothing arrived.
Then, I was told a cheque had not been sent in December. They apologized and flippantly stated they were not accountable for an employee-in-training misinformation.
In view of this, i requested to pick up a cheque. I was told a signing officer would be in the office on Feb. 10th and I could pick up the cheque on that date. Once again, when I called, they had no managers, no information, could not confirm availability for pickup, no one in the accounting department could speak with me and that I would receive a call by the end of the business day. I did not receive a call.
Perhaps the most incredible statement by customer service/accounting staff was that their company has been unable to issue any cheques since December 5th as their sole signing officer has been away on holidays since then. Really? Have all their employees been waiting for their pay cheques since December 2022? If so, my heart goes out to them. WOW

I called Appliance Repair Team when my washer wouldn't spin. I told them I also wanted my dryer serviced as it didn't seem to be dryer as well as it used to.
The technician came as agreed and he told me I needed a new water pump and that would solve the problem. $800 later, the new pump installed, and the machine is no better. I'm then told I need a motor control board, but it's no longer available for that model.
I complained to the company and they offered me a $45 Goodwill refund and if I agreed, they would send me a check. I asked if they could have the technician remove the pump for a $450 refund, but they said that once it's installed it's considered used and their supplier would not take it back.

**** ** * ****. We paid over $300 for a service call. Nothing was fixed and they didn't even call back with an estimate.

Had the same problem everyone else here has had. Overcharging, unhelpful customer service. Regret not checking reviews before I used them! ***** ** *** ******

** *** ******** The so-called technician walked off with $620 and didn’t fix our stove. When I called for a refund I was told that they don’t give refunds. I am 78 years old and my husband is 86. Shame on them.

**** **** **** * **** ********* ******* I was charged $739 for a part that I found out after only cost $229 from other online retailers. This place charges way too much (rip - off). They also charge a ridiculous service visit fee of $295 that is supposed to cover the initial visit and return visit to install the part, but when I called to ask why I was charged the $739 they said it included install service which is not at all what the technician stated when they charged me. management was no help. I should have checked out reviews for this company before dealing with them because I would have seen an average 1 out of 5 stars; thus it seems everyone is not satisfied with the product and service they get. **** **** **** **** ********

      * ***** ***** **** *** **** ********** *** ** *** **** **** **** ******** They give hard work repair folks a bad name with their dishonesty and their lack of decency.
I paid for a $80 consultation on one of my rental units. The tech looked at the machine and coerced my tenant that she had to pay the service fee. She paid it not knowing the agreement they had. The tech then called me after and said I had to buy $600 worth of parts and the service fee was already paid. I was shocked by this as I was only looking to consult. Why pay almost $1000 for everything when u can buy a new washing machine for $1000
Nonetheless I called their customer service and spoke to a "manager" named Julie who refused to refund me the service fee. Even though I explained the tech didn't fix or service anything. He was there for five minutes and now my tenant is out $316.
      She refused to help.

I phoned Appliance Repair Team to get a repair quote on my ***** dishwasher . They sent someone out for $80 and quickly diagnosed the problem with a further labour quote of $280 plus tax . They said I needed a new Inlet water valve and quoted me $425. I said I would get my own part and found one for $30. Thats a ridiculous uncharge of $395. They now refuse to come back to install the part after already charging $316. * ***** *** *** ******* **** ****** ** **** *********** *** ***** ********* ********** ** *** **** **** ******* ** ****** **** **** *********

Asked to repair our ****** front load washer. It was leaking out of the bottom and the tech stated that a new door gasket/boot needed replacing. His part's price was $400.00 whereas ******** price lists this item at $135.00. After a total of $730.00 service and part the same leaking problem exists. I was told by rep at this company that since the 30 day warranty expired (I called approximately 35 days later) they would not service further without charging a service call ($150.00). I stated that when the tech ordered the part it came with a 3 year warranty on parts and free labour. Of course the rep denied that the tech said that.
      This company is a total rip-off and should be taken to task by the BBB!! * **** ******* *** ** ******* ** **** **** **** **** ***** **************
