      So pissed off it costed me $300 to tell me it needed a part he was here for no more than 30 minutes. They apparently were going to call me with the new part to install Still haven’t called. * ****** ********* ** **** **** **** **** **

      I would never use this company again, paid over 500 dollars for a dryer repair for it to break again. They said it was out of warranty after a month and wanted to send another technician to give another set of diagnostics. They only accept cash or debit probably so they make sure they get paid upfront for terrible work. ***** ** **** **** ******** I wish I had done my research better before I wasted so much money.

      This company thinks they are smart. They take advantage of consumers using a script.to quickly go over charges and given the vast number of complaints prior to this one it's certainly worded to give the impression of an $80 charge and nobody expects the actual Charge of $290 plus I was told the main control board needs replacing at $475 for a grand total of $865 and who knows what else they would upcharge. Bottom line was I was taken advantage of and paid the 290 + tax to have them walk away.
      Through a friend I was given another repair company, they came in had the tools to properly diagnose the problem. and was charged $80 dispatch +$80 labour +$80 for a new pump. all in with taxes $271. and its up and running,
      Clearly Appliance Repair had no idea of how to fix the washer and I wish there is a mechanism to get back some of the money I wasted.

      They charged me 300 dollars and told me my appliance would continue working for 5 more years. I went to use my appliance and it didn't work. I called the company and the woman told me a completely different recommendation from what the repair man told me. **** *** ********* ********* *** **** *******

      Terrible service. On Dec. 10th a technician, Aslu (I think that's his name hard to read on bill), came and assessed my dishwasher. He explained what the problem was and asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the repair to which I answered yes. He said he would call the parts department to see if they had it. He then told me they did and would be back on the Tuesday (Dec.13th) or Wednesday (Dec.14th to install it). I had to pay over $400 to insure the transaction and the remainder($261) when it was completed. I called on the Wednesday to see if they were coming and was told the part was on back order. How could that be I asked as the technician had told me the part was available? This was just before Christmas. I called at least once a week for an update but to no avail. Fast forward to Monday, Jan. 9th when a very competent young lady in the parts department gave me the only reasonable answer. It was just repaired today, Jan.13th over a month later NO ONE should ever use this service

      *************** ** *** *** **** ******* - they took our money and did not fix the problem. We have called numerous times and now no one is complying to our concerns. Basically they have blown us off. The technician that came a couple of days ago, said we have a 30 day warranty should there be a problem - with numerous phone calls trying to rectified, only for them to say that they will not sent out an new technician. We are still way within the 30 day warranty. We are out funds and our appliance still has not been fix! ** **** ** ** ***** ** ** ********

      *** ** Having problems with my oven and called this company as I read a few reviews that sounded positive. I was told that someone would come in a few hours. Two men came in a small unmarked hatchback which I found odd. I told them that the oven is not heating up and without even opening the oven door they told me that it was the main board and the heating system. They spoke amongst themselves which I did not understand, and were standing in front of my oven texting on their phones. They told me that the labor for this job would be $295.00 and that I had to sign and pay now. He got his machine out for me to pay by debit. I felt very uneasy about this and asked how they came to this conclusion so quickly without opening the oven door or pulling the stove out to check the back. I felt pressured to sign and pay because they clearly were not going any further unless I did. It was only then that they removed the door and the two racks in the oven and turned it on. In the meantime I check ****** and found several bad reviews that explained the exact same scenario as what was happening to me in that moment. I expressed my uneasiness about the situation and shared the reviews. It just didn't feel right and I told them this. They were clearly not happy that I was questioning them. I was trying to be as tactful as possible but they were clearly getting angry and I told them that I would only pay the $80.00 for their visit but I was not going ahead with anything else. The one guy said you have to pay the $295 for the labor because we already started the work. I told them that they started nothing and he basically said well you signed the paper so call the office and pay them with your credit card. I was feeling unsafe and wanted them out of my home. They left without any further incidence. However, I am left wondering why two men with one small duffle bag came to repair my oven. Is this great customer service? Absolutely not! **** ******* ** * ****

      Promised to have washer part in four business days which turned out to be 10 days. Collected 80% of total amt before job was completed. Quoted price part was $168.00 and parts package stated $98.00. Same part on ****** for $57.00. Quoted total price $498.00. **** * *** **** Was expected to help move stackable washer even though they were forewarned. ** *** *** *****

      I am very disappointed. I was under the impression that $80 covered the cost of the extimate. I was not happy with the service and am out 280 for the evaluation before any work was done. I cancelled them and plan to go out and buy a new dryer.
