    The worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them since the apartment building is in contact with these guys. My move in date was changed twice because my building unit was not ready for moving in. I called these guys 3 different times because despite informing them well in advance of my move in date change, i had an outstanding bill. And all 3 agents i spoke with said 3 different things. The last one i spoke with had so much attitude and instead of apologizing for the mistake of the company she decided to take the other route. I finally moved in to my unit end of September which i also informed about. It’s only since been 2 weeks and I’m getting emails from my building and their collection department demanding that I have a past due bill which if I don’t pay would affect my credit score. I really don’t get these guys and their service and honestly they are better off without a customer service department because obviously there isn’t any service being provided by them. The most ridiculous service ever. What’s funny is that it’s so embarrassing to get collections to contact me since I had never had a past due payment ever in my life.

    So this company is the total worst. It costs a fortune to cook in the summer and less to heat in the winter. Today I get an email from my landlord that this company has sent them an email because we are 77.49 in arrears.
    We were given no choice to use this horrible company.
    If you are looking for a sub meter company stay far away from these people. They are the worst
