    We had someone come to our door looking to give us a free quote on paving our driveway. We both had a chat about what I wanted done. You will notice in the contract (picture included) that the driveway was supposed to be extended where we discussed and it was not. I was ordinally told that they would lay gravel as a base and put 6" of asphalt. my wife signed the contract while i was in the shower only for me to notice that it was only going to be 3" which is something I was ok with considering they said they would put a gravel base down. The didn't and just laid Asphalt on top of my dirt driveway. we have video proof of no gravel trucks showing up and they left a mess around the property that I had to clean up. All of this was in the contract agreement. I would prefer not to take legal action. I have been in contact for 2 weeks with **** *******, who gave me his word the job would be completed on certain dates and has not delivered on his promise.

    I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’re having, but we spoke yesterday and I told you I will finish it for you by Wednesday. You decided to make the driveway bigger after we finished it. I told you I would do it at no additional cost as a favour. No problem whatsoever. I will do it for you by Wednesday. I don’t understand what is going on. I’m very sorry to hear that there’s not much else I can do. I will finish it for you by Wednesday

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the 4th time you have told me that you would show up and finish the driveway. You chose not to show up again, even after this complaint.  I didn't decide to make it bigger after you finished, it was discussed the day you showed up at my door what my expectations were. It was all in the contract we signed. Why didn't you lay a base of gravel like in the contract? Why didn't you extended the driveway like we discussed?

    I have informed his customer that we will replace his driveway with a brand-new one free of charge on the 1st of April at 7:30 am. The problem is the season is over for the Asphalt this year.

    I am rejecting this response because: Your company had over a month to fix the driveway. You knew the asphalt companies were going to be closing soon and you spent that time going door to door to get more clients instead of making good on the contract we agreed to. You told me multiple times you would show up and make it right but never did. Now, you expect me to wait 4-5 months, only for you to not show up again. You have given me no reason to trust you. You didn't manage your time properly and left me hanging out to dry. I mentioned very early on in an email that if you didn't show up after the 2nd time, I would take additional steps.  Your response was "Sounds good" This should be no surprise.

    Trade Right Paving did not honor their "no payment until 100% Satisfied.Did not provide with 3inches of New Asphalt and the Grading of the driveway is causing all the water to lay against ********** of ****** siding damaged. old gravel and weeds, and dead grass left and end of lawn(should have been removed).No official documentation received, just verbal promised, Site indicated different forms of payments, in person told No Just Cash is accepted or E-transfer.No clear identification of who we were dealing with, Different business names, and request to have cheque payable to another individual not the Service. (Red Flags)No professional interaction, rom "******" lots of name calling and anger, has made me very uncomfortable to deal with individual.I have not refused to pay, just want to ensure I am satisfied and that this is not a paving scam. I am not there yet.

    We have told numerous times. We are happy to have the job inspected by an independent civil engineer whatever needs to be rectified. We told you from day one ************** ASAP. There is nothing wrong with the job that we did regardless to payments we told you, we will accept check, cash or e transfer.

    what is it you would like us to do please let us know. We will do it immediately.

    under no circumstances, or do we want any customers to feel dissatisfied? What is it we can do to resolve this matter and get it resolved right away.

    I am rejecting this response because:I am not satisfied with the paving job not what was promised as. 3 inches improperly graded damage to my siding. Not spending any more money on this project hiring engineer I paid for what is worth only to have fixed next yeat. Should not have pitched 100 guarantee. There was no mention of fixing the first day just yelling so too late. You want to  remove do not until fully refunded and 48 hours notices and siding fixed and if can not match the entire house will need to be replaced and the driveway gravelled as it was  I am only speaking for myself

    First of all, we are very sorry to hear you have bad experiences we did your driveway up to 100% standard. We are offering you a free independent civil engineer to inspect the quality of the work of course at our charge we will pay for it if there is any damage to your property we are unaware of we are still willing to pay for this. Also this is not a problem or number one objective is to please regards to a contract before we started it we gave you a contract we have a copy of it. If you would like to see this, im honestly lost for words we did a good quality job. We will have it inspected by a private civil engineer. Any company you choose we will pay for it not a problem. We know the quality of the work is good whatever you want to do, we are happy to oblige, thank you very much. Have a good day

    Hired trade right paving based on their sales pitch of don’t pay a dime till satisfied. After they were done they left a mess and when they came to collect the money I paid on a promise that the cleanup would be complete the next day.. using the phrase “ we won’t ruin our reputation over a small clean up you have my word” that was three weeks ago. Five or six promises later still nothing.
