  We are now bringing back Lavergne Construction for more work. ***** Lavergne has demonstrated his authenticity, integrity and commitment to quality to us.Lavergne Construction has been a guest in pur home for seven weeks. The work was done as estimated with ***** adding additional value at his own cost as he believed it was the right thing to do.***** has also become a trusted friend and advisor throughout the renovation process.If you have high standards for your renovation project and are looking for a compatible renovation partner, partner with Lavergne Construction.After our work was done, ***** returned for inspection and brought his team back in, not due to our concerns but due to his own demand for quality at his own cost. The creativity, commitment to quality and personal touch made this a transformative experience that I am grateful for.Thank you Lavergne Construction.

  Hire this contractor at your peril. I hired this contractor to complete a basement Reno. After ************************************************** with significant issues that requires resolution. I have to take him to court to recover costs for services not rendered or extremely low quality performance. If you wish to have a professional, reliable, customer centric experience then do not hire this contractor.

  Lavergne Home Improvements worked on a four-piece ensuite bathroom renovation in our home. Our experience with this company was terrible and we would never hire them again. The renovation started in April 2022 and remains incomplete at this writing, August 2022. I will try to summarize our experience. Dates provided would come and go with no one showing up and no communication. When the workers did show up (lead employee and 1 labourer), they would come late and leave early on most days. At the end of four weeks we still had no functioning vanity, toilet or shower. When we contacted the owner to discuss our concerns that his employee appeared unfocused and overwhelmed, the promised help consisted of Face Timing him to try and walk him through certain aspects of the job. No on-site support was provided to this struggling employee. Eventually after 5 weeks the bathroom was said to be completed and all that was left were punch list items of final touch-**** Within 12 hours of "completion" we were calling an emergency plumber as the tub plumbing had failed, creating a leak into our living room below. The emergency plumber said the wrong fittings had been used to connect the water line to the tub filler rough-in. The plumber could not understand why plastic fittings were chosen when it was obvious that a brass fitting should have been used.While the Lavergne owner promised to fix and pay for the ceiling repairs, 2.5 months later nothing had been done. Our numerous attempts to contact the owner involved unfilled promises (he had "a guy") and then went completely unanswered, until we finally cut him loose. The final punch-list for the bathroom was never completed and we took it upon ourselves to have the hole in the living room ceiling fixed and the remaining punch list items attended to. While extremely difficult to get a response from the owner when we initiated contact, he was quick to remind us of any payments due. We do not recommend this company.
