    Mixed experience with two services (noting snow removal is a 5 star - The operators are very responsive and provide great service during the winter months.)Lawn Services: 1 star Specifically for the spring cleanup (lawn and garden bed debris removal, walkways, and dethatching), the experience was disappointing. A significant amount of debris was left behind in garden beds, and some pushed under the deck where there is an opening. The job appeared rushed, as if it was squeezed in at the end of the day. I reached out to ask if they would be returning to complete the work properly, but the follow-up took a while, and by that point, spring had fully arrived and foliage had grown in. I did not feel it was fair to pay for the full service if no one was coming back to finish or have a look -- no one ever came to check the job! I was dismissed, rather rudely, multiple times when trying to follow up on a resolution.
