    My final audit, after work was done, was completed May/31/2023. No copy of either audit was provided by their contractor ***** *********. No file number for the rebate application was ever provided either.
    A call to ******** shows no rebate application on file currently, which means no rebate because the programs closed February 5th 2024 so can’t even properly apply.
    Repeated attempts to contact him, by email and by phone, have gone unanswered.
    The work done did improve energy costs, true, but the main selling feature of upgrading was qualifying for a rebate.

    My final energy audit was done by Mike K. from Ridge Energy on April 29, 2023 and audit fee cheque of $734.50 was cashed right away on May 01, 2023. Mike K. was supposed to submit final audit report to ******** right away. In spite of so many personal call and texted messages to Mike K., he didn't take any action and wasted my time.
    After contacting ******** for the rebate cheque on Sept. 05, 2023, I was shocked to find out that Mike K. had not submitted final audit report to ******** till to date. So, I contacted him and after no response from him, I called Ridge Energy where no one is there to pick up the phone but all the time leave your message.
    After lots of tries, On Sept.20,23, I was informed by Plan Administrator Maya S. that Mike K. has submitted final audit report.
    After enquiring with ********, I was totally in disbelief that Mike K. had submitted final audit report on September 12, 2023 wherein he had completed final audit on April 29.2023. It was huge delay of 18 weeks (4.5 months) Now ******** says that because of lots claims, I may have to wait for 24 to 30 weeks (6 to 7 months) from Sept.12.23 when the final audit report was submitted by Mike K. ******** follow by final audit submission date in que.
    I can't believe that so much lethargy by Mike K. and Ridge Energy/********** Inc. Upon contacting Maya S. again, she told that she has no answer other than that Ridge Energy was taken over by ********** Inc. so there was two months delay which is also not excusable.
    I am in big financial loss and so much hardship due to Mike K. and Ridge Energy.
