    Having being ****** by Homecarenow to purchase a furnace, central airconditioner and water heater we soon realized we had been cheated when no one returned our calls.
    I have been calling their customer care call centre to speak to someone from the billing department at Homecarenow or ******** but keep being told my call will be returned. NOTHING.
    My email to *******@*********** bounced back as invalid email. I wish to close my contract with them and pay off my outstanding amount but can't do so. At a loss of what to do. They even promised after sale customer service but that too was all ****. * *** **** ******* *** ******** *** **** ******** ***** **********

    **** ***************** I switched to home care now for the tankless hot water tank in about end of 2020, they promised to me to return the existing hot water tank to ********, which they never did or they did not follow up after, I ended up have to pay until my contract with ******** to the end, about 1 year… so we were charged for double hot water tank rental, one for the new, one for the old for a year !!! I reached up to them, their customer service only took messages, but no one get to respond or reach back to you ever!!!
    Years after now last month, in Feb 2024 A technician was at my home for gas line inspection and he gave me 2 notices saying that the tankless water heater installation has safety violations and needs correction. Violations include: Gas supply line need to be changed, Gas intake pipe needs to be change, Supply line needs support and water heater needs wall outlet. I have been calling the company's customer support since two weeks and some times twice a day but I they only take down my details and tell me that someone will call back and nothing happens. I have also sent email but they did not reply. Same as the other time…… so I gave up on them, I hired another company to do the work for the fix, because ******** will cut my gas out if no response sent back to them…. **** *** *** ** **** * ******* ****

    I have the same frustration where l had new furnace installed in 2021 which now suddenly not giving hot air. I have called the number where the Rep is only talking messages only. 2 calls lucky the temperature was not -15C in Whitby. I had made a mistake taking all the protection plan paid in advance. Still waiting for the call back and Rep to visit.

    I joined up with home care in December 2020 and signed a 10 year contract for heating and cooling. Last August we had air conditioning problems. The technician confirmed the a/c compressor was not working and im my contract the a/c compressor is covered. They told me for months that it was ordered and now they won't comment on it and it's been escalated and a manager will call back...it is now April and nobody has called back. I see from other posts people are having issues with this company as well. *** ****** ** **** * ****** ** *****

    "Homecarenow" company installed Furnace and tankless water heater on 31 st of Jan 2021.
    I was trying to talk to customer service since last year oct/2022. They never answer the phone.Always it goes to voice mail. My furnace supposed to service year 2021/dec and 2022/Dec . They have not come yet and they do not answer my phone even.
    I regret spending so much money to get services from home care now
