      I got an alert from Moore’s clothing for men advertising a sale. I followed up with their email and found 3 suits listed in clearance for $0.00. I followed up with these ads and when I went to purchase them, the price changed to 149.99. I took screen shots of the very clear pricing ** *** was active for well over 24 hours. I have contacted the company twice for a resolution with zero contact back.

      I purchased online stuff for $265.51 from Moores website on May 8, 2023 ORDER NO: ********* and received shipment on May 11. On May 13 I went to store to return stuff at their Train Yard location in Ottawa but the cannot return as transaction id was missing on order so they wont be able to pull up order on system. They called their back office who assured to resolve this problem with 24-48 hours.
      On May 15 I went to their another location close to my house in Southkey, they confirmed that problem is not resolved and it will take another 2 days to fix. On Thursday, May 18 I received a call from Southkey store that back office IT department have not yet fixed the issue and need few days. I called this morning on May 23, same answer from Moores customer service department that they are unable to fix problem till yet.
      This is Moores internal problem with online order why customer should suffer. I have to pay my credit card bill and unable to get a refund despite of many calls and email. In fact no one ever contact me and provide timeline when this issue will be fixed. I should get my refund ASAP to avoid any interest charges on credit card.
