      If I could give them less than one star I would. We decided to use Moores for our wedding rentals. We went to the store in Edmonton, and we were very happy with how our rentals were going to look. Moores doesn't rent belts, which we needed, so instead we asked for belts to be added to our order and our groomsmen would just buy their belt at their rental pick up. This all seemed to be no problem. A week before the wedding, we picked up our rentals. Not a single rental fit, the shirts were see through, and stained. When I went to the Red Deer store (the store where we picked everything up) they told us that all of their rentals are see through and 'fit stupid', that's just part of renting. I was very upset and said that I would like to put our rental costs towards new shirts. When I asked for this they told me I wouldn't be able to do this because they couldn't issue me a credit until the following month. This led me to take my business elsewhere. We also soon discovered that Moores forgot to put our belt request on the order and they could not get belts in because there were no belts in that style in Alberta. This led me to call Moores Corporate Office. The lady at Corporate Office said that she could express ship belts to me and that they would be there the Thursday before our wedding. I was happy with this. However, they did not come in on Thursday. I called them and they told me that for some reason they cancelled our order and that we were out of luck. So the day before my wedding I had to run around our small town looking for belts. By the time everything was said and done, I had to buy most of the wedding attire for our wedding because Moores messed everything up. Guess what they did to compensate us. NOTHING. I will never shop at another Moores store, and will advise others to do the same.
