    Our home internet has been out 4 times in the last 3 months. 3 of those outages have been within the past 40 days and have lasted 3 days, 6 days, 6 days and currently 4 days respectively.
    I work from home, am self-employed and am the sole provider for our family of 5. I switched to NFTC because I was promised faster, reliable internet. That has definitely not been the case.
    We've had to spend an extra $350 CAD on cell data and gas for transportation to work locations with wifi strictly because of these outages.
    My wife and I have called tech support and customer service multiple times through each of these outages and have received a call back less than 15% of the time.
    I received an email from customer service 2 weeks ago promising a discussion about credit or reimbursement. It took 2 weeks and 3 follow ups from me to simple hear back again, and the respoinse was "we'll let you know when we have more information." I have not received any reimbursement for the extra expenses NFTC has cost me, nor for the service I paid for but never received.
    Through these outages, tech support has told us that they don't know what's going on. They've also reported waiting on dispatching a technician to the area because they don't have enough available.
    We used to have great customer service with NFTC. That has drastically changed in the past few months.
    At best, they're *********** and expanding faster than they can keep up with. ** ****** ******* * ************* ******* **** ******** *********** ******** *** **** ******** ******** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ***** ** *** can.

    I cancelled my service after almost month from July 20\23-aug 9\23 of them avoiding fixing my internet. Stating they did not no what the problem was meanwhile *** ******** called them when it first happened on July 20 and told them that one of there workers had hit the main box. I cancelled my service on Aug 9\23 and it still was never fixed. Now on Sept 29\23 I still have not gotten my refund cheque from them. They are making up excuses as to why it has not been sent.

    * **** ********* ** ******* ****** * ****** ****** regarding the upcharge on my request to downgrade my service to 25mb. Its June 16, 2023, and NFTC is still charging my **** for monthly service although I made 3 separate cancellation requests on April 11 by emails to NFTC info, Support & Billing and can provide copies of emails. I receive 1 response from NFTC Support/April 14 telling me downgrading was not possible and my reply to cancel this service was again ignored.
