This is the worst company and everyone should be warned about them BEWARE as they take advantage and hide safety issues that are a very very very big concern and state "ohh we don't advise the customer as we don't know if they can pay for the repairs" therfore they "assume" (as the agent stated) that the customers cannot afford to make repair payments because the customer did not tell them about that concern so they turn there heads and look the other way please give them a BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG fast ZERO even a negative infinity ZERO cause come on hyundai put your big boys pants on and man up sometimes and take ownership instead of taking advantage of your customers just look at your reviews you are nothing without your customers so please stop being such a biiiiiig bunch of bullies and man up and take ownership. Now am sure I will never get a reply or answer back but heyy I got to spread the word and warn people and maybe even helped that ONE person make a better decision on buying a car from hyundai as it only takes one to make a difference.

Had service at ******* on **** Club on August 29 and was given a quote of $755 for oil change and an exhaust leak repair. When I picked up was presented an invoice for $1026.82. Service manager had left for the day so had to pay it. Next day the service manager reviewed with the service advisor and agreed that there had been an overcharge, and it would be submitted to accounting for a refund. Five times since he has committed to providing an update and failed to do so. Today he phoned after getting a complaint ticket I lodged with **************. He now disagrees that he'll issue the refund, stating that he believes I was given a quote for the parts but not service - a quote is a quote, how it breaks down should be irrelevant. Had many years of good service, but it appears to be a new management team there now. If you need to use their services, ensure you have a copy of the work order with quoted cost.

Bought a van through this company paid the extra for lifetime oil changes. Just got told that they will be canceling my free oil changes after 6 years of owning the vehicle because apparently the money hungry owner isnt pocketing enough money. They always try to upsell and charge way more than elsewhere.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS!They charge double for 1 job. Most dealers will charge 1 multi point inspection fee of $130-180 like VW/Audi instead of $417. (if we had 4 issues, will they charge $800 inspection?)We bought their used 2014 ******, plus Gold tier extended warranty from People's Choice (which says Air condition is covered).Booking **** lies and says warranty claim service is free. They get us to sign work order but don't mention any fees.Made us wait 3 hours while working on other people's cars.Surprise you with $417.95 bill for 2 diagnostic fees: A/C $165, check engine light $189, and $15 worth of consumables, hygiene and A/C dye. (No repair work was done).Since when do businesses bill clients for their own PPE equipment? We would of left if we were told about a $417 fee.Their clerk lady LIES to their manager saying she did verbally inform us which they have no proof of.Their manager took the employee's side and told me on the phone while putting me on speaker phone for the entire store in front of other customers: "these charges stand, I don't care if you post this publicly online, you do what you want, but these charges stand."Their customer service **** will just ignore your complaint. they said they'd look into it and just straight up ignored me for over a month. They also haven't even told us which components are covered under warranty after 2 months. My wife had a 3 month old baby and they held her keys hostage so she couldn't leave unless she pays.Interesting detail: their clerk said on multiple occasions that she has 5 kids, her husband is a mechanic and the mechanics need to be paid. But is that according to company policy or is that her call to randomly bill people. Just because you have finance problems from 5 kids doesn't give you the right to rip people off or break protocol. I'm sure she was the one who typed and generated that invoice and decided to bill it as 2 jobs, and her management thought my wife was an easy target and allowed it.

My contract for the car:1- Repaint the roof. Done.2- Cleaning. (inside and out) What I received was disgusting and unacceptable. They offered to re-clean but I already did their job. Eventually, I felt pressured to remove names and only did so to be left alone.3- Everything mechanically will be addressed. I had to call my trusted auto shop the next business day.Securing a car loan was uncomfortable. I said no to the warranty but was left feeling it wasnt an acceptable answer. I caved wanting to move on. I picked up the car and we had to remind them of the winter wheels (found in their shop bay).Delivery checklist: I was again in an uncomfortable situation. I was asked to publish a ****** review about my experience before we continued. I dont leave reviews until I have used a product and/or service for a month or so. I wouldnt feel comfortable writing one until *** tested the car. I tried to explain this but all I got was pushback. I can genuinely say I felt forced to make my initial five-star review. I only did it so we could move on and I no longer feel trapped.Driving it home I hear knocking sounds, and then the engine light appeared. The salesperson was notified and all I got was the manager wanted to call. I said I prefer email but never got one. They wont contact you in writing and will ghost you when confronted/asked difficult questions. My trusted shop said if they had done the safety, it would not have passed. I confronted the dealership and gave a second chance to fix the issues. They took it in and afterward, their work was rechecked. It now passed the safety but still failed with outstanding issues present. The knocking sound and engine light are still there. I gave a third chance but was ignored.I tried to cancel the warranty but I was never given the terms and conditions. My consumer rights were violated. A single dealer copy page was stapled to the main contract and an outdated booklet was all I was given.

My review is for the ******** Hyundai service. I got my suv in today to get an oil change. They recommended i do a level 3 service (which would cost me significantly more money) but I agreed to do the service 3. They sent me home and said the suv would be ready later that day and they would call me when its done. a couple of hours later I get a call to let me know that my break pads are at 4mm (mind you mine is a 2022 suv so just about 2 years old) and they recommend changing it at 3mm. I asked him the pricing for it. the person on the call gave me the prices for the front and the back and explained that if i did it today it would be much lesser as they have already lookerd at it but on another day it would be X amount. He was saying many numbers and spoke too fast. So I stopped and said, so please tell me the bottom line, how much will i pay? He told me the amount. I said so just to confirm, when i walk out today, I will pay this amount correct. And he said yes. I said okay then go ahead change the breaks. When I went to the service center to pay and get my car, the amount was WAY more than what i thought I would see. When i asked to speak to the manager, first they said he isnt available, was on break and would call me. I decided to pay and i left only to return when they told me he would be back. I spoke to him, explained the situation. He said he would "investigate", listen to the call, speak to the person who spoke to me and call me at a later time. I said no i want to be present when you hear my phone call so we can all be on the same page. At that he said we dont record calls and whatever my employee says i will be on his side. I said how can you know thats the truth he said cause hes honest. I aksed him so im dishonest? after a minutes of discussion, he said, look even if what you said is true, becuse you gave authorization, we arent going to help you!!! and basically showed me the door. Very rude and unhelpful

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in July 2023 only to find out 7 months later that the vehicle has over $25k in damage noted against it. The damage was never disclosed to me even though they knew full well it existed as they repaired it I their own shop! I went to see the dealership today to try and seek a resolution only to be told well see you in court.Take your money elsewhere. These people are dishonest, unethical with a terrible customer service.

just now NEW *********** from this company is sub par at best. To purchase a vehicle from them one would expect a certain level of customer service, but unfortunately it doesn't exist. Whenever I have tried to contact them with an issue it is impossible to get ahold of someone. Even after leaving repeated messages, on multiple occasions, or sending emails to the specific person, I never get a response. If for whatever reason I do manage to speak to someone I am informed that it's impossible for me to have my vehicle serviced for usually a month at minimum. Once I do have it serviced it's a matter of weeks until something else goes wrong with the car, and then yet again it will be months until I can get it back into the shop. For the price one pays for one of their vehicles, and their insane price for any type of service I would expect a certain level of service that they continue to fail to deliver . Save yourself a ton of wasted time and money and purchase from another dealership in the city.

If I could give Dilawri and Hyundai ****** Coperate a - 100 stars I would. Always bought Hyundai's from them with the extended warranty and never again.DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. ITS A SCAM.They did not provide the actual full contract papers for the warranty when I bought the car.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE WARRANTY CONTRACT, only fully refundable after 45 days and after that even if you sold the car less than a year old and the warranty does not come into effect for 5 years they are giving me the run around and basically told me "too bad" and are just keeping my $4000 even though the contract does not say NON REFUNDABLE after 45 days. I spent on this useless warranty that will never be used and just keep OUR money like that. Hyundai ****** Coperate is the same bs and saying the same thing. I also tried to transfer the warranty and they said the car is already sold so too bad can't do that either.BUY ELSE WHERE.
