    Dealing with Honest Home buyers has been one of the best customer service experience.
    Even though we were not able to close a deal with them , the over all experience from initial call was very smooth and clear communication.

    they sold my house… so that’s why they get 2 stars.. but that’s a bit of a stretch.
    They will claim many things, but will come through on few of them .. I’ll tell you my experience
    Mike showed up and gave us an offer for our house; we agreed to the price. We then agreed to a private sale; no mls listing and no for sale sign.. or so we thought…He sent in his handyman (the nicest person on the whole team by far) and fixed things up for the sale of our house.. free of charge.. then it was time to sell to the list of “lined up investors” — this is when we got our first red flag. We were told we didn’t agree to this type of sale and it was going live on mls tomorrow.
    We entertained about 20 showings, I had the pleasure to talk to a couple who told me they loved the place and were going to make an offer: we talked about the neighbourhood, the nice floors in the house etc. I reached out to honest home buyers and they flat out made up feedback saying the people hated the house and my “cheap veneer floors” super interesting.. I thought they were making an offer: this is when *** ***** ****** **** **** I’m not allowed to talk to anyone viewing the house according to realtor laws. Even though I’m not a realtor, I agreed and apologized but wondered why we didn’t get an offer…
    this is when *** **** **** ***** ***** *** Mike tried to ***** us into taking $180,000 less than the price we agreed upon, and he would emt us $5,000 if we signed immediately, told him we couldn’t possibly do that… my husband and I were then called names by these honest home buyers, ********* ****** ** ** **** *** **** *** ** **** *** *** ******* ** ******** ** ******** ** *** ****** ** ***** **** **** **** ****** ** *** ****** **** ****** ** **** ******** *** ******** *** **** * ********
    There’s so much more I could share about my experience but I’ll leave it at that..
    Needless to say, even when I thought it couldn’t get worse, he asked me if I’d give him a good ****** review for a gift card

    Notice the use of the phrase "things" to describe unclear, vague and imagined issues. We sold your house for the price we agreed, closed on a date EARLIER than we agreed to, fixed numerous deficiencies (that no agent/realtor would do for you for free) such as replacing rotten fence posts, providing a complimentary full deep house cleaning and more! We also sold your house despite finding a leak in your basement which was NOT disclosed to us upfront. In fact it was covered up by gym mats when we discovered it. You also left a one star review on our ****** Business page where both you and you husband both made similar unclear and vague accusations without providing any proof.
    This is proof of how some people can never be happy no matter what you do to give them upfront, honest service.
