    Kindest and most ************ I have ever known. Having to deal with difficult customers under difficult circumstances must tiring beyond belief and yet they always seem to welcome everyone with a smile and they answer the phone so chipper! Keep up the great work Bella Terra Stone! You guys rock!(I've had three kitchens done by them along with shower benches, *****, *************)

    This company removed cut and reinstalled a countertop for me. From the initial install there was a huge gap in the seam that a dime could fit into. They returned and filled it with some type of putty and of course that was a bandaid fix. Called them for 6 months straight only to be told they would call when they return to my area. I called again and again and finally was given a booking date. No show! Called back they blames it on a new hire. Provided another booking date. No show! Of course by now I am very upset and call them and they say they aren't sure if they will be coming to fix it, ask me to send a picture. They already have from the first time they tried to fix it. Tonight the General manger texts my husband (how professional) and states they will not warranty it and not to call them again as they wont deal with rude clients. Wow. Try having a gap in your seam for a year with excuse after excuse and tell me you won't lose your patience. Never ever deal with this company! You will speak to someone different each time also who never knows what the first person did. It's now an issue for small claims court. Fun!
