    On ******** I asked my neighbourhood group for a HVAC guy recommendation. Someone who can check if our AC condensate drain line is clogged or if the drain pan is leaking. There doesn't appear to be an existing easy access point.This company was recommended and ***** ****** saw me a few hours later for a free quote. Instead of telling me I needed a new AC unit (which another company advised) he actually did some testing and diagnosing.I'm relieved and embarrassed to report that the likely culprit was my furnace filter. It's probably too efficient (and dirty) for my setup. I changed my filter and the leaking didn't happen, but we'll need some more high temperatures to make sure.Regardless, I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely use them in the future. (Actually, I hope I won't have to, but you know what I mean).
