I bought a 2020 ***** civic si from these guys . I purchased a extended warranty as well first mistake . On the agreement to purchase the car I was to get new brakes new tires, only got 2 new tires, got new brakes but one of them installed incorrectly. The one tire start to male horrible squeak. So I took it in there to get them to fix it , they told me the warranty claim was denied, I guess the warranty doesn't cover bad tech work. Now they are completely enoring me. I had to get it fix on my expense. I just want them to reimbursement me for that repair since it was their fault

Unbelievably poor customer service and technical service from this place. 2 year old vehicle that their techs cannot seem to fix after 20+ visits and now that we are out of warranty we are being told it is not their problem anymore, even though the problem has never been resolved. And now the *** ******, (who has been *** throughout the MANY MANY MANY issues in the last 2 years) is trying to sell us a different vehicle for more money as the resolution. The kicker is they wont give us as much for our current vehicle because it is broken... but it is broken because they cant figure out how to fix it. Wouldn't you think after changing the same part 3 times, and the front end twice, you should look into it a little further instead of just continuously changing the same thing over and over?? Was it being done to run out our warranty so they didn't have to deal with it anymore? Make it make sense. We are no longer willing to go in circles with these people so we will be back in tomorrow to discuss it further and if it is not resolved to our satisfaction we will be getting a lawyer involved. We have spent more money on repairs at different mechanic shops to a brand new in-warranty truck due to their incompetence and we cannot let this go. Just want to give anyone out there a little preview of what dealing with this specific dealership entails.

This weekend past my husband and I went into Capital Dodge looking to trade our truck. We found two that we liked and test drove both. We really liked the *** but we were felt like we were rushed into making a decision because they were closing. We did choose the Longhorn and signed the papers to get financing. After we got home my husband and I spoke and because the Longhorn had an air ride suspension and were burnt on a previous truck having it with nothing but issues we called and asked if we could switch to the ***. We were given the run around and told it would be way more money and they couldnt do a similar deal. We were told because we signed the bill of sale which I dont recall signing we had to take the Longhorn. They did concede after driving down the Monday night and speaking to the manager on duty that there would be no problem switching trucks. We were contacted the next day with still an attitude from them finally saying we could get the *** truck. We arrived to pick it up to be rushed into the office to sign the papers that were then not gone over with. We never got a bill of sale and we never had anyone go over the truck with us. All we had was the finance guy switch our plate and say bye. We had to figure things out ourselves. We have purchase vehicles from Capital Dodge in the past and this was the first time we have been treated like dirt and rushed out of the building. I could see if we were screaming and yelling but we were just matter of fact letting them know we wanted to switch choices. Usually they offer a free oil change and we didnt even get that, oh and going over the finance papers we found out they charged us for an extended warranty. Which we said when changing trucks we wouldnt need as the *** as it is a newer truck with warranty left. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wont be shopping there again.
