    I went in at 3pm May 9th 2024 for my appointment it took them 4 hours to do so it wasn't even what I wanted the whole top was supposed to be blonde and a purple peek a boo not blonder highlights in my already blonde hair, I was finished at 7pm last night they tried to charge me double of what I've always paid there ending up paying 160$ but after we left my sister noticed that my whole head looked purple I gave them the benefit of doubt and said no it's probably the lighting outside and because of the toner till last night when my mother said she same thing about it so I call them this morning to complain and the manager was blaming me saying i did something to it when i got home and saying I was a liar that the story wasn't adding up and told me to never come back again after hanging up on me 3 times and me calling back each time and I told him I was contacting the BBB.
