      Terrible experience! He sold me a brand new *** ebike last year. A week after the purchase, the light was not working. I took an hr out of work and it turned out I was kept waiting for 3 hours before they could fix my light.
      Two weeks later, my key would not start up the ebike. So I took an hr off work again to have them check it. I was kept waiting for another 3 hrs and when I told Yilmaz that I had to go to work, he told me to leave the bike and pick it up later that evening. I come back in the evening and they have not fixed the bike or figured out why they key was not working. So I had to leave it over night. When I returned the next day in the evening, Yilmaz said he was too busy and the ebike was not fixed. So I told him I couldnt keep taking time off work and he had to fix the issue. So he finally got his mechanic to look at it and it turned out to be a bigger issue than just the key not working. That took another hr out of my evening before the issue was fixed and I was given new keys.
      A month later my batteries kept dying after being charged for 8 to 9 hrs. I had to take it in the shop and they took a good 3 hrs to fix the wiring issue.
      Then I store it away for the winter and I took it out last week to take it out for a spin and they batteries have completely died on me. When I told Yilmaz about it, he said it was not his problem. Although, at the time of the purchase, he assured me that I if I purchased the ebike, I had a yr warrenty and that if the batteries died that he would replace them. **** * ***** *** * ***** **** **** *** **** **** ****** ***** *** dont believe anything he says. He will only take it and ***** you.

      What a horrible experience!! I bring in my car to get tires changed, they break the lug nut key so I had to leave the car there. The owner calls me freaking out and cussing me out, asks me why I didn’t leave the keys at the shop. I tell him I offered the keys to the gentleman working on the car and he declined, calls me * **** and continues to yell. I finish up my work meeting in a rush and panic to get there, the car’s not even done. Are you kidding me?! After all of this the tires are installed are not balanced and the exhaust system got damaged getting the car out because of their poor setup. I went back for them to fix it, the owner straight up declines it and says sue me. The owner is *************** **** *** is concerned with quantity not quality. **** **** **** *** ****** ***** ** ** **** ***** ******** *****
